Pricing

Every fixed price is on this page, and you own what we build.

If we cannot find opportunities worth at least three times what we cost you over the next twelve months, we tell you and we pass on the work.

Most start with a $5,000 Sprint.

Reading the prices

How to read these prices

01

These are fixed costs, not standing ones. You are buying a build, not a subscription to us. Every engagement below ends: systems delivered, your team trained, everything handed over.

02

What you get back does not end. Hours freed in the first month are still free the year after, and they compound as the business grows. That is the whole case for spending anything here.

03

Which number is right depends on the scope of the work, not on how much we think you will pay. Start where the work is, and move up only if the return justifies it.

Why it costs what it costs

Three ways to buy this. Only one you own.

Hire a large consultancy

$2,500 to $3,500 per day

A senior partner in the sales meeting, a junior team doing the work, and a strategy document at the end. Building and adopting the actual systems is someone else's problem.

Hire a freelancer or offshore team

Less, up front

Isolated technical work with no business context, no on-site presence, and no help getting your team to use it. When it breaks, you are on your own.

You own it

Work with ROOVOLT

Embedded, two days a week

A senior AI operator embedded in your business. We sit with the people doing the work, map the processes, build the systems, train the team, and run everything under your accounts. If we stopped working together tomorrow, nothing breaks.

A full-time AI engineer runs $130,000 to $200,000 a year plus super in Australia (Hays 2026 Salary Guide), before hiring risk and the months it takes to ramp. Embedded two days a week gets you the same capability with no headcount and no employment commitment.

On tool costs
  • You pay for the tools at the published rate, under your own accounts, with no markup from us. You would pay that with an in-house hire too, so it is not an extra Roovolt cost either way.
The Plans

Start wherever makes sense.

Some need to find where automation pays. Some need a partner embedded until handover. Some need a program across departments. There is a way in for each.

Start here

AI Opportunity Sprint

$5,000One-off

Find the highest-value opportunities, implement one fast win, and leave with a clear roadmap.

For owners losing hours a week to manual admin who want one working win and a costed roadmap before committing to anything bigger.

  • On-site or remote workflow review across one key process or team
  • Prioritised automation and AI opportunity roadmap
  • One quick-win automation implemented and handed over
See everything included +
  • Identification of bottlenecks, repetition, delays, and admin drag
  • Estimated value for the top opportunities
  • A clear recommendation on next steps

The natural first step before an embedded engagement. It gives both sides the information needed to scope the partnership properly.

Start with a Sprint

Embedded AI Partner

From $9,500/month, until handover

Doug in your business two days a week, building the systems on your roadmap and training your team. It ends when the agreed engagement does: systems delivered, team trained, everything handed over. That is the point.

For owners who want the systems on their roadmap built, and their own team trained to run them, without carrying a full-time AI hire on the payroll.

  • Two days per week on-site, or hybrid, depending on the business
  • Workflow and systems improvement until handover
  • Team rollout, adoption support, and training
See everything included +
  • Automation and AI implementation inside your existing stack
  • Prioritisation of the highest-value operational opportunities
  • Monthly reporting on what was built, what changed, and what is next
  • Executive working sessions with the owner or leadership team
  • Everything built under your accounts, full ownership from day one

Two months to get started is about $19,000, then month to month until handover. Built to end, not to renew. Final pricing depends on team size, complexity, and scope.

Discuss an Embedded Partnership

Enterprise Partnership

From $45,0003 to 5 month program

A program that maps how work flows across several teams, builds the systems, and trains every role to run them, so your teams get more efficient as you scale.

Larger businesses where change spans multiple teams and departments, and automation cannot happen one process at a time.

  • Comprehensive workflow and systems assessment across departments
  • Agentic workflow design: systems that qualify, decide, act, and escalate within boundaries your team defines
  • Internal AI training workshops by role
See everything included +
  • Future state process design with decision logic and routing documented
  • Cross-functional automation and AI implementation
  • Safe AI usage and data handling framework
  • Executive strategy sessions and personal AI capability development
  • Governance, planning, and phased delivery with approval gates
  • 30-day stabilisation window post go-live
  • Full documentation and handover pack

Typically three to five months depending on department count, system complexity, and change scope.

For Smaller Teams

Running a smaller team?

We also set up AI and train your people on it, and can run an agent system for you.

AI setup and training

$2,900One-off, teams up to 8

Your team already pays for AI tools nobody quite uses. We set up AI on your own subscription, usually Claude, build workflows for the jobs your team actually does, and train each person on their real work. You run it yourselves from day one.

Move up to a Sprint or an embedded partnership within 90 days and the full $2,900 comes off the next engagement.

Roovolt OS

Tailoredpriced to your team and setup

An agent operating system for your team. You message it like a colleague, on the channels you already use: meeting capture, follow-ups, drafting, reports. We set it up, wire it into your tools, and keep it running.

Built on a licensed engine plus workflows you own. It runs in your accounts on your subscription, so if we stop, it keeps running: you lose us running it, not the system. This is our only offer with an ongoing fee.

What it's worth

What better looks like in practice

38 to under 3
hours of manual admin a week
9 weeks
to positive ROI
27 of 30
staff using it every day

That was one 70-staff professional services engagement. The goal is not to add more software. It is to make the business run smoother, and to leave the people running it understanding the systems well enough to keep improving them.

One client's measured result, not a promise for yours. Your real numbers come out of the Sprint, not a brochure.

Our Commitment

We do not propose work that will not pay for itself.

This is not a guarantee of specific outcomes. It is a commitment to only recommend work where the path to real commercial impact is clear and measurable. We would rather turn away a deal than take money for work that does not move the needle.

Every engagement has a finish line. We work until your team can run and improve what we built on their own. After that you owe us nothing, and you only come back if you choose to.

Ownership

You own what gets built. Always.

01

Built under your accounts

Everything is built under your accounts where possible. Your automation platforms, your AI environment, your credentials. We are not a layer between you and your systems.

02

No markup on tools

We do not mark up tool costs. You pay for your tools at the published rate, directly to the providers. We charge for our time and expertise, nothing else.

03

No dependency by design

We do not create dependency as a retention strategy. Our goal is to leave your team able to operate and improve what we build without needing us in the room.

04

It keeps running if we stop

If the engagement ends, your systems keep running. Your staff have the documentation. Your team has the training. Nothing is locked behind our login.

01You own everything we build
02If we stopped tomorrow, nothing breaks
03Your data stays in your accounts, in Australia
Questions

Frequently asked questions

Which option is right for us?

Smaller team? Start with AI setup and training, or an agent system we set up and run for you, both in the small-teams section above. Not sure where the biggest opportunity is? The Sprint is the lowest-risk way in. Already have a roadmap? The Embedded AI Partner is usually the fit. For change across multiple teams, start with the Enterprise Partnership.

What does "embedded" actually mean?

It means we are on-site with the people doing the work, usually two days a week, wherever the work actually happens. We sit with your team, understand the context, and build systems that fit how the business operates, which is what makes sure the work gets used.

Do you work with my industry?

Almost certainly. We have built in property, legal, civil infrastructure, and professional services, but the industry matters less than the processes. We map how your business actually works and build around your processes and your guardrails.

What kinds of things can be automated or improved?

Lead handling, job management, internal handovers, reporting, document generation, follow-ups, onboarding, quoting, and invoicing. Also agentic workflows that qualify, route, decide, and escalate within boundaries your team sets.

Who actually turns up, and what if they are away?

Doug, the founder. You work directly with him, not an account manager or a junior. And because you own everything he builds, and it is documented and runs under your accounts, nothing depends on any one person being in the room.

Where does our data go?

It stays in your systems. We do not store client data on our infrastructure. The systems run under your accounts and your security settings, and a person stays in the loop on anything irreversible. For regulated work we can route AI processing through Australian-hosted infrastructure. There is more detail on the Ownership and Safety page.

Do we need to change all our tools?

No. In most cases we work within your existing stack first and only recommend changes where there is a strong operational reason, and only with your team's approval.

Who owns the systems once they are built?

You do. Everything runs under your accounts. You hold the credentials, you see the costs, you control the access. If you decide to stop working with us, your systems keep running.

What happens after the engagement ends?

Your systems keep running. Your team has the documentation and the training, and your leadership has a working understanding of what was built. You can re-engage us separately if you want to, but there is no ongoing dependency.

How is this different from hiring an AI consultant?

Most consultants hand you a strategy or a report and leave. We do the strategy and then build it: running systems, trained staff, and documented workflows, on-site alongside your team. And everything we build is owned by you from day one.

Do you offer one-off project work?

The AI Opportunity Sprint is the main fixed-scope entry point. Broader project work can be scoped, though most clients find the embedded model more effective.

Do you work with the business owner directly?

Yes. We work directly with the owner or executive team, and part of the job is helping leadership build their own understanding of AI.

Not sure where to start?

The best first step for most businesses is a $5,000 Sprint: a clear view of where automation pays, one practical improvement implemented, and the next stage set up properly. Not sure? Book a call. If a Sprint is not the right first step, we will tell you.
